Weston PRO-1100: Stainless Steel Vacuum Sealer

This is our compact vacuum sealer in the PRO-Series, while providing excellent, high quality, reliable sealing. This model features a 680 watt motor, stainless steel housing, and a 5 mm thick seal bar. Seal bags up to 11″ wide with a double piston vacuum pump which draws 28.5″ Hg of vacuum strength. Built into the unit is a vac bag roll holder and cutter for added convenience during processing. For a variety of sealing uses, the PRO-1100 has a fully adjustable sealing time function with LED progress light, as well as an automatic mode with simple one touch operation. There is also a manual mode which allows vacuum pressure control useful for sealing soft foods and delicate objects. Features also include a built in cooling fan for consistent sealing, a detachable power cord, and a side mounted vacuum port for use with vacuum canisters (canisters sold separately).
