The FOCUS73 has a 30-3/4″ width and a 5.7 cu. ft. capacity. The sliding doors are made from tempered safety glass, with a lock included for added security. Sleek aluminum frames increase product visibility, with reinforced corners for added durability. Strong casters allow smooth mobility for easy cleaning.
Inside, the FOCUS73 has a deep aluminum interior designed to operate between -13° and 23°F to best hold a variety of assorted desserts. Three wire storage baskets included. A digital thermostat makes it easy to manage and view the temperature. This unit is manual defrost and includes a drain.
The FOCUS73 is made in Denmark and is UL-S listed to NSF-7 commercial standards.
